ADAMS + Associates is a collaboration of specialists led by Hal Adams, RA .
Hal Adams, RAHal Adams has over thirty five years of experience in all facets of the architectural and construction profession on a variety of project types. Responsibilities have included design and production on large, complex and highly technical facilities including multi-story offices, data centers, laboratories, schools, telecommunications, health and government facilities and performing arts centers. In addition to his architectural expertise, Hal Adams brings related experience in Project and General Office Management.
Responsibilities have included coordinating the total A/E effort for specific projects, ensuring design intent and owner criteria have been met and monitoring performance of A/E personnel for conformance to established scope, schedule and budgets; interfacing with various planning and zoning boards and other regulatory agencies; negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors and special consultants; and assisting in the preparation of financial proposals including pro forma and loan requests for clients. Hal Adams also has many years of experience in the general management of Design/Build firms with responsibility for operations, marketing and personnel. Education:
